All our cookies are made fresh to order.
Most cookies can last up to three days in an air-tight container at room temperature.
Most cookies can last up to five days refrigerated.
Cookies containing cream cheese or cheesecake filling can last up to three days refrigerated.
2. Transaction Terms and Currency
All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All sales are final, no returns and no refunds.
3. Shipping and Delivery Within Hong Kong
We offer a free pick-up service twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. In addition, we offer delivery within Hong Kong via our delivery partner. Our partner coverage includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding Lantau and outlying islands). Full prices are available upon checkout.
4. Errors & Omissions
Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, other documentation or information issued by us that inadvertently contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability. We will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on our site or in any other documentation.
